There is no specific age: each woman presents specific symptoms at different ages. It is usually between the ages of 45 and 55.

How do I know if I have menopause symptoms?

Menopause symptoms present themselves differently for each woman. The symptoms’ diversity and intensity vary from woman to woman. However, frequent symptoms are: hot flashes, weight gain, insomnia, irritability, vaginal dryness, diminished libido, night sweats, joint pain and sadness or depression, among others.

Can I delay menopause onset with this program?
