Calcium rich juice (English Version)

 

This recipe will help you improve your health naturally. A calcium rich juice is good for anyone, especially for women going through menopause since it will help strengthen your bones.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of powdered Kelp seaweed
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 2 pieces of broccoli
  • 100 gr of fresh Kale
  • 100 gr of celery
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 4 parsley sprigs
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lime
